Paris, December 2022: For several months, displaced people have been living under the elevated metro bridge between the Stalingrad and La Chapelle stations. Tensions are rising with the onset of cold weather. The camp’s residents regularly demonstrate, demanding shelter. Following the implementation of the emergency cold weather plan, the prefecture has ordered the evacuation of the people to provide them with temporary accommodation.
