On the edge of digital roads.

An association is going out on patrol in the Berck-sur-Mer region, in Pas-de-Calais (France), to support those excluded from our digital society.

Nine o’clock in the morning. The near-zero temperature and the icy wind of the Opal Coast intensify the feeling of cold. Thibault and Léa, two of the three educators from the Pamela (Mobile Reception, Listening, Liaison and Support) program in Berck-sur-Mer (62), embark on board their camper van.
